Dr. Badrinath Srinivasan is a seasoned legal professional with over 14 years of experience across the oil & gas, manufacturing, and public sector industries. Currently serving as Chief Manager (Legal) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), he specializes in Insurance Law, Arbitration, Mediation, Contract Law, Labour Law, and POSH compliance. A Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb, UK), he actively contributes to legal academia as a visiting faculty at Tamil Nadu National Law University, where he teaches Public Procurement Law & Practice.
