Our content is designed by experts and is accessible instantly after enrollment, with many of our programs offering limited seats and live interaction. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined a comprehensive refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- Timeline for Requests:
- The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase or registration.
- Access Limitations:
- The course or program should not have been accessed beyond 10% of the total content, as recorded in our system logs.
- Certificate Status:
- No certificate of participation or completion (for courses, workshops, or webinars) must have been issued prior to the refund request.
- Proof of Issue (if applicable):
- In case of a technical error or duplicate payment, supporting documents (screenshots, transaction IDs) must be provided along with the request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Late Requests: Any refund request made after 3 days of enrollment or purchase.
- Substantial Usage: If more than 10% of the content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
- Live Sessions & Events: Once a live session, workshop, or webinar has commenced or been attended, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Digital Product Nature: For downloadable study materials, templates, or other instant-access digital products.
- Non-Genuine Requests: If the refund request is found to be unfounded or fraudulent after internal review.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

“Refund Request – [Your Course/Session Name]” - Include the Following Details:
- Full Name (as registered)
- Registered Email Address
- Contact Number
- Course or Program Name
- Payment Transaction ID
- Reason for the Refund Request
- Processing Time:
- Refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Course and Event Cancellations by Beyond Bar
In the rare event that Beyond Bar cancels a course, workshop, or live session:
- All registered participants will receive a 100% refund, regardless of access or participation status.
- Alternatively, participants may opt for a course credit or transfer to another program of equivalent value.
5. Transfers and Credits (Optional Alternative)
If you are unable to attend a live session or wish to defer your learning:
- You may request a course transfer or credit instead of a refund, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the session begins.
- Transfers and credits are subject to availability and approval.
6. Policy Updates
Beyond Bar reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official website (www.beyondbar.in). Continued use of our services after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
